<Healthy blood levels of Vitamin D can prevent most forms of arthritis.

Arthritis

Most scientific studies on Vitamin D have been done on life-threatening diseases. There have been some studies related to arthritis. The studies that have been done show benefits to suffers of both Rheumatoid and Osteo types. It is NOT surprising that healthy blood levels of Vitamin D would be beneficial to combat arthritis since all cells in our body have receptors for Vitamin D. Also, Vitamin D is VERY helpful in any disease where inflammation or auto immunce disease is acute.

Here are some of the studies which show a correspondence betwen RA and low vitamin D blood levels. None of these studies aimed to get blood levels in the healthy range of 100ng/ml - 300 ng/ml.

Osteoarthritis and low blood levels of Vitamin D have also been studied.

Again, none of these studies aimed to get blood levels in the healthy range of 100ng/ml - 300 ng/ml.

All of these studies were too timid and conservative to step where science indicates the healthy blood levels of Vitamin D exists. There are slow ways to reach healthy blood levels of Vitamin D and there is a quick way.
